The meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. at the Beaumont Civic Center, 550 E. 6th Street.
During its monthly meetings, the Youth Council will discuss issues within the community and brainstorm solutions to those issues. The Youth Council will help with City events and organize events of their own such as food drives, fundraisers, and so on. Additionally, the Council will attend a retreat and several other City-related events. Examples of these activities include shadowing various City staff, taking tours of City facilities; etc.
